Access has traditionally been held in late September or early October.
Location :
Endeavors should be made, wherever possible, to turn the gathering location amongst the Canadian areas. Contemplations for location include:
Is the location simple to get to? From inside Canada? from outside Canada?
Is the expense to get to the location an element?
Once there, will be there adequate, helpful local transportation?
Facilities:
Is there enough space to have the sessions? Particularly the large keynotes. (participation levels are typically 100-200)
On the off chance that there are multiple locations–are they in close closeness to each other?
Are the facilities accessible?
Is there wifi?
Is there ability to livestream the gathering sessions?
Different Contemplations:
Familiarity with the library IT people group and past Access gatherings
Technical backing – who is responsible? Firms in the range/volunteers from host foundation/firms in different urban areas, towns? Will the technical prerequisites be adequately met? (Local lines, data transfer capacity, and so forth.)
Cooking are special needs dealt with? Are there enough choices to allow the host to select reasonably estimated meals?
In your facilitating proposal, please include/address:

Proposed dates
The location the occasion will likely be held (e.g. grounds facility, hotel name, and so forth.)
